The Intelligent Leader

For executives

How do you evaluate an AI leadership programme?

Five criteria that separate a curriculum from a capability, and where The Intelligent Leader sits against them.

The five criteria

Any AI leadership programme worth an executive's time should survive five questions.

Is it practitioner-built? A programme should be taught by someone who runs the operating model it describes, not by someone who studies it. The test is simple: was the operating model the programme teaches used to produce the programme itself?

Is it framework-anchored? A sequence of topical modules is a reading list. A programme should connect every session to a published operating model with a documented methodology behind it, so the parts assemble into a system rather than a syllabus.

Is it business-first? If the curriculum requires coding or drifts into model architecture, it is training practitioners, not executives. Every module should address what the AI era means for how an executive leads their function.

Does it apply by role? The CEO, the CMO and the operational core face the same transition with different exposures. A programme that never leaves the general case leaves the application, which is the hard part, to the student.

Does it end in execution? A programme should finish where the executive's work begins: a concrete architecture for the first ninety days, not a certificate.

Where does The Intelligent Leader sit against these criteria?

The Intelligent Leader was built to satisfy all five, and the claims are checkable. It is built by a practitioner who runs the operating model at the scale of one. It is anchored in the Leadership Intelligence Stack and the published 4W Workplace Framework. It requires no technical background. Its fourth block applies the Stack to the CEO, the CMO and the operational core, and its fifth block is a ninety-day execution architecture. Twenty-seven modules, five blocks, delivered by Marc A. Rémond throughout: one voice, one argument, start to finish.

What does it cost?

The first block, five modules, is free with no card required. Blocks two to five are priced at USD 950 per person, one price, no tiers, no expiry on access. For leadership teams, an in-person executive workshop is available: partner@strategicpathways.asia.

Build the capability

The Stack is the capability. The programme is where you build it. The first block is free, and workshop enquiries for leadership teams reach Marc directly at partner@strategicpathways.asia.
