Frequently Asked Questions:
01 - What is The Intelligent Leader?
The Intelligent Leader is an executive-education programme that builds the capacity to lead an organisation where part of the work is no longer done by people.
The Intelligent Leader is built on the Leadership Intelligence Stack, a framework defining six intelligences every executive must hold and orchestrate in the AI era: Human, Artificial, Orchestration, Business, Portfolio, and Cultural.
It is not an AI-literacy course. It is a leadership-capability programme for C-suite executives who need to govern intelligent systems, lead mixed teams of humans and AI agents, and hold coherent judgment where human and machine intelligence disagree.
The Intelligent Leader consists of 27 modules across five blocks and is created by Marc A. Rémond, founder of Strategic Pathways Pte Ltd, Singapore.
02 - Who is The Intelligent Leader programme for?
The Intelligent Leader is designed for C-suite executives and senior leaders responsible for organisational performance in the AI era.
This includes CEOs, CMOs, CHROs, CFOs, CIOs, and COOs operating in environments where AI already runs inside their workflows, their decision systems, and their teams.
The programme is built for leaders who have led through the web era and the SaaS era and are now facing a transition that changes not just the tools their organisation uses, but what work is and who does it.
It requires no coding ability and no technical background.
The Intelligent Leader differs from other AI leadership programmes in four ways: it is APAC-native, business-first, framework-anchored, and built by a practitioner who runs the operating model rather than one who teaches it.
APAC-native. The Intelligent Leader is built from Singapore by a leader with 25+ years of enterprise technology experience across Asia Pacific. It is not a Western curriculum with a regional case study attached.
Business-first. No coding. No AI theory. Every module addresses what the AI era means for how an executive leads their function.
Framework-anchored. Every session connects to the Intelligent Workplace Framework, a published operating model with a documented diagnostic methodology behind it.
Practitioner-built. The operating model the programme describes was used to produce the programme itself.
The Leadership Intelligence Stack is a framework defining six intelligences every executive must hold and orchestrate simultaneously in the AI era: Human, Artificial, Orchestration, Business, Portfolio, and Cultural Intelligence.
Human Intelligence is judgment under uncertainty, ethical reasoning, empathy, and lived experience. The layer AI amplifies but cannot replace.
Artificial Intelligence is the capacity to work with, interrogate, and govern AI systems and their outputs. Leadership literacy, not technical depth.
Orchestration Intelligence is the discipline of designing and governing mixed teams of humans and AI agents.
Business Intelligence is reading commercial performance when the numbers move faster than the quarter.
Portfolio Intelligence is making build, buy, bundle, or kill decisions under compressed competitive cycles.
Cultural Intelligence is operating across cultures, geographies, and ownership structures, with Asia Pacific depth as a structural capability.
The Leadership Intelligence Stack is not a metaphor. It is a structured capability model with a programme curriculum built around it. It was developed by Marc A. Rémond and is published on intelligentleader.ai adn on evolve-or-die.ai.
Orchestration Intelligence is the leadership discipline of designing, deploying, and governing mixed teams of humans and AI agents.
It is the capability that did not exist five years ago and that will define the next decade of executive leadership.
Most organisations are already deploying AI agents into their workflows. Very few have designed the governance architecture that determines what agents do autonomously, what requires human judgment, and who is accountable when that boundary is crossed.
Orchestration Intelligence is the executive skill that closes that gap. It is one of the six intelligences in the Leadership Intelligence Stack.
The Intelligent Workplace 4W Workplace Framework defines what an organisation builds. The Intelligent Leader defines how an executive leads it.
The 4W Workplace Framework aligns four dimensions into one AI-enabled system: Workforce, Workflow, Workspace, and WorkTech. It is published on intelligentworkplace.ai.
The Intelligent Leader teaches the executives who lead those organisations how to develop the intelligence stack required to govern that system, dissolve the silos that fragment it, and sustain the human authority that makes it safe to operate at scale.
The two are designed as one architecture. The 4W Workplace Framework is the operating system. The Leadership Intelligence Stack is the capability required to run it.
The first block of The Intelligent Leader is free. The full programme costs USD 950 per person, one time, with no expiry on access.
Block 1: Five modules. Free. No card required. The complete diagnosis of why the AI era breaks the operating model most executives have led with until now.
Blocks 2 to 5. Twenty-two modules. USD 950 per person. One price, no tiers, no subscription, no expiry on access.
The full programme covers the complete Leadership Intelligence Stack, orchestration and governance, application by role, and a ninety-day execution architecture.
Each module runs eight to ten minutes and is self-directed, on any device.
Executive Workshops for leadership teams are a separate engagement, priced on enquiry.
The Intelligent Leader consists of 27 modules across five blocks, structured as a capability arc rather than a syllabus.
Block 1: Orient. Five modules. Free. Why the transition is structural and the leader who will not survive it.
Block 2: The Leadership Intelligence Stack. Seven modules. All six intelligences developed as one connected system.
Block 3: Orchestrate and Govern. Five modules. Leading the mixed workforce and governing intelligence you did not build.
Block 4: Apply by Role. Three modules. The Stack applied to the CEO, the CMO, and the operational core of CHRO, CFO, CIO, and COO.
Block 5: Act. Six modules. The ninety-day architecture that turns the programme into a leader's first concrete moves.
Every module in The Intelligent Leader is delivered by Marc A. Rémond. One voice, one argument, start to finish.
The Leadership Intelligence Stack and the core curriculum of The Intelligent Leader are globally applicable. The Asia Pacific depth is a differentiator, not a limitation.
The Cultural Intelligence dimension and the geopolitical AI content are built specifically for leaders operating in, or with significant stakes in, Asia Pacific. This includes navigating the bifurcation of the global AI landscape into US-led and China-led ecosystems, a structural advantage available to APAC leaders that no Western counterpart can match.
Leaders based outside Asia Pacific who are building APAC operations or managing APAC teams will find that regional depth directly valuable.
The Intelligent Leader was created by Marc A. Rémond, founder of Strategic Pathways Pte Ltd in Singapore.
Marc A. Rémond has spent more than 25 years leading enterprise technology businesses across Asia Pacific at Alcatel-Lucent (Nokia), Polycom (HP-Poly), Nuage, and Barco. His career spans three structural technology transitions: convergence, unified communications, and visualisation and collaboration.
He has developed and published four frameworks now in active use: the Intelligent Workplace 4W Workplace Framework, the Human-AI Intelligence Charter, the Strategic Diagnostic Engine, and the Leadership Intelligence Stack.
Every module is delivered by Marc's avatar, using his face, his voice, and his words. There are no third-party facilitators, no licensed instructors, and no generic content library.
The argument in The Intelligent Leader is written by Marc A. Rémond. The delivery is orchestrated using AI, deliberately and disclosed.
Every module carries one voice and one argument, start to finish. The modules are delivered by an avatar using Marc's face, voice, and words.
This is a deliberate design decision, not a shortcut. The programme argues that executives must learn to orchestrate human and machine intelligence as one system. Building it any other way would contradict the argument it makes.
The four frameworks behind the programme are published, in active use, and have advisory engagements behind them. The Intelligent Leader does not describe an operating model. It demonstrates one.
