The Intelligent Leader

For executives

What should executive AI training actually cover?

Most of it teaches tools. The executives who pull ahead are learning something else.

The short answer

Executive AI training should build the capacity to lead an enterprise where part of the work is no longer done by people. That is an operating-model capability, not a tool skill. Prompting workshops and model overviews are useful for practitioners; for the executive, they train the wrong layer.

Why does tool training fail at the executive level?

Because the executive's job is not to operate the tools. It is to govern the system the tools run inside: to decide what is autonomous and what requires human judgment, to hold accountability for outcomes a system produced, and to make investment and portfolio decisions when competitive cycles compress from quarters to days. Your organisation has access to the same AI as everyone else. The difference between the leaders who pull ahead and the ones who stall is not the technology. It is whether the person in the chair knows how to lead the operating model the technology runs on.

What should the curriculum cover?

Six capabilities, held simultaneously. The Leadership Intelligence Stack defines them: Human Intelligence, the judgment layer AI cannot replace; Artificial Intelligence, governing systems and sovereign risk; Orchestration Intelligence, leading mixed teams of humans and AI agents; Business Intelligence, commercial judgment at machine speed; Portfolio Intelligence, build, buy, bundle or kill under compression; and Cultural Intelligence, because AI scales cultural risk. A programme that develops one or two of these in isolation leaves the executive with a structural blind spot the AI era will find.

What should it not require?

Coding ability or a technical background. The executive curriculum is business-first: every module should address what the AI era means for how an executive leads their function, not how the technology is built.

Where is this taught?

The Intelligent Leader programme teaches the full Stack across twenty-seven video modules in five blocks. The first block is free and is the complete diagnosis, not a teaser. For leadership teams, the same curriculum is delivered as an in-person executive workshop facilitated personally by Marc A. Rémond: partner@strategicpathways.asia.

Build the capability

The Stack is the capability. The programme is where you build it. The first block is free, and workshop enquiries for leadership teams reach Marc directly at partner@strategicpathways.asia.
