The Intelligent Leader

For leadership teams

How do you prepare a leadership team for AI?

The hardest part is not any single executive getting up to speed.

What is the real problem?

The hardest part of an AI transition is not any single executive getting up to speed. It is getting the whole C-suite to hold a shared operating model, so the CIO, the CMO, the CFO and the CEO are building one system rather than four disconnected ones. Individual leaders change how they lead. Leadership teams change how the organisation runs.

Why does individual upskilling fall short?

Because the intelligences an organisation runs on flow, or fail to flow, across the boundaries most enterprises have spent decades building. An executive team where each member has been separately trained still holds four separate mental models of what the transition is. The silos survive the training. The Intelligent Leader does not break silos by reorganising the org chart. They break silos by building the operating system, the Intelligent Workplace 4W Framework, that gives AI the architecture it needs to connect intelligence across every function simultaneously. That system has to be held in common, and holding it in common is a team outcome, not an individual one.

What does the shared model contain?

Two things. The capability: the Leadership Intelligence Stack, six intelligences every member of the team must hold, from Human through Cultural. And the operating model that capability governs: the 4W Workplace Framework across Workforce, Workflow, Workspace and WorkTech, governed by the Human-AI Intelligence Charter.

How is this delivered for a team?

Two routes, designed to combine. The self-directed route: each executive takes The Intelligent Leader programme, twenty-seven modules in five blocks, first block free. The team route: a separate in-person Executive Workshop, run in the room, against your own organisation, facilitated personally by Marc A. Rémond, who works with a small number of organisations each quarter. Workshop enquiries: partner@strategicpathways.asia.

Build the capability

The Stack is the capability. The programme is where you build it. The first block is free, and workshop enquiries for leadership teams reach Marc directly at partner@strategicpathways.asia.
